Red Sky is excited to be rolling out its new chef’s seasonal menu “Black Winter Truffle”. Presented under the glowing arch of Bangkok’s iconic rooftop bar and restaurant, the exquisite menu is created by Chef De Cuisine Christian Ham and features highlights including: Starting price THB 950 ++

• Black winter truffle salad, mâche and frisée leaves, pine nut dressing
• Warm potato & black winter truffle, balsamic sauce
