Invitation of Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited (MSC) The Annual General Meeting 2022

We would like to invite shareholders of Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited to attend the “2022 Annual General Meeting” for your consideration and approval in terms of all relevant agendas on April 1, 2022, 10:00 am at Convention Hall 2nd floor of G Building, Metro Systems Corporation Public Company Limited Headquarter.

Due to the epidemic of new strains of the coronary virus in 2019 (COVID-19), the company has established preventive measures and the surveillance epidemics of infectious diseases. We provide a screening system and check the body temperature of all the participants before registration strictly. The Company reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, anyone showing symptoms of fever, breathing difficulties or anyone who has returned from high-risk country less than 14 days before the meeting as the measures of the Department of Disease Control rules.

However, shareholders who did not pass the screening at the registration point on site, sick or not convenient to travel to attend the meeting can still vote by proxy by assigning and independent directors to attend the meeting instead by using the Proxy Form B, which the company has already delivered in advance.
